You are not at the end of your rope.
There is still hope.
It’s not time to throw in the towel.
I was once a struggling teen. My emotions would sometimes overwhelm me, but my mother was always by my side. She did all she knew to do to get me help, but I saw how hopeless she was at times in knowing what to do.
I became a counselor, so I could help teens with similar experiences gain confidence in themselves and have the skills needed to navigate adolescence into adulthood.
But, I also became a counselor to help those like my mother. Those who are leaving the hospital for what they pray is the last time. I help parents find the most effective way to connect with their teen and get them help.
Working with teens is what I love to do. They are such amazing people, full of life and ideas. They are just often misunderstood, but together we can change that.
